The Mayor of Barcelona chairs the presentation of the book Gaudí

On Tuesday 2nd July, the Mayor of Barcelona Joan Clos chaired the presentation of the book Gaudí, jointly published by Triangle Postals and Barcelona Town Council. The event took place at Güell Palace in the presence of a large audience and the media.

Presented by Paz Marrodán, of Triangle Postals, the first speaker was Daniel Giralt-Miracle, Curator of the Gaudí International Year, who explained the contents of the book and its value for the publishing world. Next, Pere Vivas, creator of some of the photographs in the book, talked about the images selected. Finally, Mayor Joan Clos praised its publication and significance for Barcelona, where most of Gaudí's works are to be found.
