Ceramics in Gaudí’s Work

15.1.2002 - 15.2.2002
Exhibition Hall of the Col·legi d’Aparelladors i Arquitectes Tècnics de Barcelona

This exhibit presents, for the first time, and as a single subject, the role played by one of the most expressive materials used by Gaudí: ceramics. For this purpose, the techniques of the workshops that produced the ceramic works designed by the architect, as well as responsible for later placing them in the different buildings, are shown and analyzed.
Also, an important collection of original pieces used or designed by Gaudí can be seen, accompanied by numerous photographic references and explanatory texts.
